First of all you need to be well dressed in a formal manner for your first mechanical engineering job interview. This is the first expression you are going to print on your Interviewer’s mind. During their first interview, many students are so puzzled that they often ask for a glass of water when they enter the interview room. Don't do this mistake. Many of the HR managers take this as a negative point of personality in a student. If you need to during some water, drink it before you enter the room. Don't ask for it during interview or you are simply rejected.

Then you are asked many questions about you, your family, your education and your personality. You are often asked about the positive and negative points of your personality. They will be asking you about the situations in which you were leading a team and what difficulties did you face as a team leader?
